general in nature and exceptions from the below
stated time frames etc can and will occur.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS.

All orders ship from Sweden. All orders include EU VAT.
Depending on where you live you might be liable for customs fees.
So far this only seem to be the issue for our
Canadian customers using DHL Express,
but if you are uncertain, either send us an email to support@mamutvr.com
or call your local post office for advice.

The US for example does not seem to have any fees
for importing goods from Sweden.
In these days with COVID we are looking at
some pretty crazy timeframes. Canada Post has started
to get their act together but are still behind.
In general as of today (23rd of July 2020) we are seeing shippingtimes
of 2-6 weeks for north america and a couple of weeks for Europe.

PLEASE NOTE!

We try to be as honest as possible with these timeframes
but there will always be exceptions.


WARRANTY / RETURNS

All items sold comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
There is no warranty for items used in an arcade environment.
Since we ship from Sweden we operate under Swedish consumer law.
We have decided to apply this to all orders, even those that are exported outside of EU and normally wouldn't be covered.
This means that you are free to return the items to us
within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
The cost of sending the item back tracked is covered by the buyer.
